Awesome game last night fellas!

Through Marty's "helpful" chirping, we maintained a relentless attack. Aside from timE's shift near the end of the game (penalty kill and 2-3 minute continuation!)... the short shifts were THE difference.

When we skated like hell and came off quickly, we always had a crew out there that gave them fits! Everyone contributed. I think the whole team gets the first star. Nice return to his old forward-form from One Hand Dan Singelyn!

Now we have do it again Friday.. only with even greater urgency and effort. They will be desperate.

Agree with Jim on the short shifts...made all the difference in the game...we had them on their heels and in their zone most of the game. Great job guys!

Great win, guys. Ditto on the short shifts; we kept good pressure on them for most of the night. Good call on the lines, TimE. I will never dare question your authority again . . . at least not until next game.

Yes we had a Good game but need a GREAT game on Friday. Fresh legs and close checking had them on their heels for most of the game. Why the heck was Dan on D, he played a awesome game at center. His line did great. And yes Gomer played another stellar game as usual.

I agree with everyone's comments (except Gomer's--I do have the authority to send you down to the LaVergne in-line league!!) We played a great positional game in our zone, and the rest took care of itself. These guys will be playing desparate and even more physical on Friday, but we can use it to our advantage by staying cool-headed and continuing to frustrate them -- we need to let them take the penalties.
