I had the Zidflicky pass from next to Cannon to Alex at the opposite blue line on goal #4. Remember that, and not my sucky plays! Way to pull one out of our D-holes team. My three stars are: 1) Dan [2 goals and game winning assist] 2) JJ [game winning goal and game tying assist] 3) timE Dan, great to have you back!

Strange game last night. One observation I have is that we need more communication on the ice. When a D breaks in, there needs to be communicatin between the F's and C to cover D for him. We got caught several times on odd man breaks with 1 D back. I personally would like to see the D direct traffic a little more. Our D has more hockey experience than most of the rest of us, and you're seeing our mistakes develop. That being said, if the D is directing, the F's and C's need to listen and respond. Just my two cents. What do you guys think?

Some communication would be nice, but I think you have to look at the fact that the Mutiny and Dex score alot of their points by cherry picking. They almost always have a forward breaking out and rely on that to win games. Their forwards are usually right at the blue line and as soon as they think they have posession they are breaking and a long pass is headed out. How many icing calls did they have last night? We probably need to adjust our play for this some and either have the D pinch less or one of the forwards needs to stay further out when we dont absoultely have control. Plus we need to be leaving the zone faster when we see that they have posession. Probably a changing shifts closer to after a min instead of the nearing 3 mins we have now

I had the 5th one I think. It was sitting in front of the net after a shot and i pushed it in. Dan was there beside me. Oh well we won thats all that counts. |

I didn't actually see it go in, sorry about that. Oh and good job, I think I told Dan that when it was scored..... So I got the assist on your goal, not Dan's.
