A Locker Room Divided. Diggers Win Last Game But Issues In Locker Room Could Doom Playoff favorite.
The CS Grave Diggers won their final regular season game monday night but the team chemistry that was once the backbone of this vetran bunch may have been disturbed. Team leader and handsome devil Chris Brady said " It was so damn quiet in the locker room you could hear Jack aging". Funnyman Alex Perry left the locker room without dishing any amusing quips. Dougy Ross was visably shaken and had to be consoled by Mike Trigg. Team Captain Tim McGowan was the Rock of the room which would explain his hands of stone. The diggers hope to restore the team closeness by bringing in Eddie Hunsbuger for a team bonding session. Americas favorite Sidekick Radio Jim Balkon was extremly pleased when he found out about the bonding session " I'm going to get my Hockey Outfit cleaned and pressed for this" he gushed. JJ Trigg could not be reached for comment because he hates everyone....except Gomers Mom. Dan Singleyn blamed the problem on team sub Dan Bourgets Nakedness from the previous game. Lighten up boys....we're goin' to the playoffs and on to the Championship in our first year on ice together, so who really gives a shit about anything else.
