Why would my ankles break?

The shot hit my foot, and the hit from behind was too my back.

And ok foot Trigg, I must have been thinking of something else.

And yeah Chris it was mostly ankle, but my knee has been rather sore for a few days also.

Here's my thougths on the game.

1. We started off not working hard, looking for that quick homerun and didn't pay attention to our defensive zone coverage and it cost us 3 quickly.

2. Offensively we have everyone trying to crash the net and no one is open in a scoring lane. Even when we do get into good position to shoot we have to shoot through our own guys just to get to the goalie. How many times do we block our own shots?

3. We're not skating to open lanes, we're crowding. Find an open lane move in and out of it but keep moving.

4. We're chasing the puck something fierce in the offensive zone.

I agree with the above from JJ.

To quote Brady from a couple games ago, "when they have the puck in our zone, GRAB A GUY A STAY WITH HIM"! (him shouting, not me)

Once we get control of the puck, that's when we can hit you with the pass on the breakout.

Good point about too much traffic to their net. While it's fun to hit Gomer and Polman in the ass with a shot, I'd prefer to do it in warm-ups.

By the way, you guys are awesome. It's Alex who continues to let us down by finding better things to do with his time. (Bang, shot fired, officer down!)
