I have some ideas on the number 2 and 3 but want some feedback. I have to say Dan B and J.J. played a hell of a game. Also, and very important was our goalie, Chris. He faced many shots tonight. There was once time in the 3 period, I bet he turn away 5 shots. Help me out you chat room sluts!

The whole defense played another solid game I definitely agree that Goalie Chris deserves a star...having made some great saves in regulation and again stopping 2 of 3 in the shootout.

I should have gotten a secondary assist on Tim's goal, I made the play at the blueline to keep it in.... Not that the refs where really even looking for assist.

Brady played a great game as did another Chris, Dan was as very solid tonight.

Jim deserves a shot out too, he's the reason I got to cheat in.

Switch 1 of my assists to Dans goal from the JJ goal. I wasn't on the ice for JJ's. Although I was cheering like hell for him. Also I took a "roughing penalty with 12 seconds left.

The Jim and JJ d-combo was solid. DanB had a great game as well.

I had a blast last night. We need to put whoever we play next away early!

and now a visit from the afro man

We had a much improved second game, especially considering the skill level on that team.

1st period-They came out on fire and it took awhile for us to get up to speed and for them to settle down.

2nd period-We came out of the barn with a vengeance. Winning those battles in the corners and along the boards.

3rd period-Great job in net Mr. Cannon. You kept us in it. Solid effort all around. Props to my fellow D-men for taking the brunt of some ugly battles. But that's what it takes.

Thanks to the forwards for making themselves available along the boards near the line for those break out passes. It gave us some options. Keep that going. Really helped.


Whoever said we should practice the shootout is right. We're not getting a whole lot of breakaways during the games, so we should get a feel for them before the game.

Roller hockey Brian (who made a cameo last night) is still a doofus. Good to see him. And he was prettier than the other teams massive rooting section.
