| Good job by all. We controlled the tempo of the game and IMHO it wasn't as close as the score. | |

| yeah if Brady could score on a breakaway it would have been about 10 to 1.
I will say at my rate of imporving I think I should have a goal by our last game, IF we go deep in the playoffs.

| I'll try harder Goober!!!!! That kid had my number.
Positives from last night. Great defense again which includes the back checking by the forwards. Solid Goaltending again. ( I still haven't seen Chris' drop though) We controlled that game from start to finish.
but... We seemed to go offsides alot more than we did in the first week. We got caught with too many men on a couple of line changes. I couldn't finish!!!!!!!!!
I'm going to call southern ice today to see if we can get some ice time next week. It may be real early though.

| I thought we looked real good yesterday. We definitely had more scoring opportunities and limited our opponents to very few opportunities. Our defense is very solid and our forwards are working hard.
I think the offsides were due more to our controlling the puck deep in their zone for long periods of time and then not getting back fast enough when they were able to tap it out of the zone. That being said, we were also offsides on a line change--that's a killer. And I agree, we should never have too many men on. Rookie season....rookie mistakes.
I am going to contact Matt at Centennial today to see if there might be any ice time available between now and May 14.

| I agree, We had a great game. I think the off sides was our biggest down fall. On the tag ups, we have to hustle back and tag. That was one thing that was slowing us getting back in the zone. Also on changing, hustling to the bench is a must. Otherwise we all looked good. (even Ten min Tim) I will call the Preds and see if we can get some ice time next week! Goober, Gomer, Gob, Go, G and all the other names we call you, are you still taking the figure skating lessons? The triple backwards spin was almost perfect. Hold the last spin and you would have got a 10 from the judges! | |

I would have stuck that last spin, but my skate caught a rut and it threw my balance off just a little. So where is a good place to get tape and such other than orderin git online? I am think its PIAS not on this side of town which means it would be nice if someone picked me some up on credit.

| Hey guys I just got a call from the rink, they said Tim is still finishing up his last shift from our last practice. They would really like to get out there and resurface the ice. They asked if any of us could go pick him up. | |

| If they're tapping it out next time, throw it back to us on defense if we're open. That will give our forecheckers a chance to tag up... and we'll still control the puck. | |

Suprisingly High it seems. - Jim wrote:

I was also noticing that when we get the puck down low that, atleast the last two teams we played, all colapse down low leaving the DMen Very Free. We might need to look at passing it back out. Also, atleast with the last team we played they all went to the puck.

Don't worry you skate better than most top 5 picks. I'm sure Jamarcus Russell, Calvin Johnson, Joe Thomas, etc are all slower than you on ice...
